Overview

JC Group was engaged to deliver a turnkey fit out of a new Post Office within an existing SPAR store in Barnhall, Co. Kildare. The project involved converting an internal storage area into a secure, compliant, customer-facing An Post branch—complete with strict regulatory requirements.

Project Requirements

The scope of the project included:

• Full site survey and planning
• Demolition of existing store area and block work alterations
• Stud partitions and slab walling with internal mesh, skimmed finish
• False ceilings and structural ceiling reinforcements
• Full mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation
• Bespoke security doors, glass screens, and counters
• Compliance with An Post security and design regulations
