JC Group Delivers Fire Alarm & Electrical Installation at 10-Storey Hotel – Home2 Suites by Hilton, Aparthotel Project, Dublin Client: Stewart Construction (Main Contractor) JC Group was appointed by the main electrical contractor as a specialist subcontractor to deliver the fire alarm system and associated electrical services for the Home2 Suites by Hilton Aparthotel—a new 10-storey hospitality development located just off O’Connell Street in Dublin. This high-rise project, currently under construction by Stewart Construction, includes phased delivery of fire detection, emergency lighting, LV wiring, and general power. With works commencing in February 2025, the project is expected to span 16–18 months, targeting completion in early 2026. Project Requirements The scope of JC Group’s work includes: Our Approach The project has been structured into clearly defined installation packages, allowing the JC Group team to deliver in stages, floor-by-floor. Our work includes everything from containment installation to cable routing and system commissioning. As a live construction site with multiple active contractors, coordination and communication have been essential. JC Group has worked closely with site management and various subcontractors to ensure seamless phasing of work and efficient site logistics. Currently, we are progressing through the 6th floor, with installations moving in parallel with ongoing construction phases.
