Despite some challenges—including changes in scope and supply chain delays—our team remained agile and solution-focused. We collaborated closely with suppliers like Eastern Electrical to source bespoke materials and reduce lead times. Our partnership with NMS Mechanical ensured a seamless integration between electrical and mechanical systems throughout the project. Smart Heating & Green Energy The Duke building was fitted with a state-of-the-art electrical heating system, allowing for individual room control, significantly enhancing comfort and energy efficiency. Rooftop solar PV panels were installed and fully integrated with the building’s power supply, promoting sustainability and reducing long-term energy costs. Safety & Security Security and compliance were central to the project.
